Privacy Policy

AAAH (Allentown Artist Association & Hub) operates this website and the gallery at 78 Allen Street, Buffalo, NY 14202. This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it.

When you RSVP or buy a ticket, we collect your name, email address, and the details of your order or reservation. When you place a shop order or newsletter signup, we collect the information needed to complete it — such as your name, email, and shipping address.

We do not collect or store your card number. All payments are processed by Square, and your payment details go directly to Square under their own privacy policy.

We use your information to:

• Fulfill your ticket purchases, RSVPs, and orders
• Send you confirmations and, if needed, updates about an event (like a cancellation or reschedule)
• Manage event guest lists and seat counts
• Respond to your questions

We do not sell your personal information. A copy of each ticket confirmation is sent to our own staff inbox so we can help you if something goes wrong.

Card payments and sales tax are handled by Square. We see the result of a charge (that it happened, the amount, and your ticket code) but never your card details.

We send transactional emails (confirmations, event updates) from a notify.aaahbflo.com address. These are service emails tied to something you bought or signed up for, not marketing blasts.

We keep order and ticket records for as long as needed to run the events you attended and to meet our bookkeeping and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing aaahbflo@gmail.com.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, and we will keep you unsubscribed. You can also ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing aaahbflo@gmail.com.
