Ticket purchases are non-refundable. We cannot refund tickets for missed events, arriving late, or change of plans.
If an event is canceled
If an event is canceled outright, you get a full refund of the ticket price including sales tax. You don't need to ask — we'll process it to the card you paid with.
If an event is rescheduled
Your ticket automatically works for the new date and time. If you can't make the new date, you can request a refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement by emailing aaahbflo@gmail.com with your confirmation code.
Free RSVPs
Free RSVPs cost nothing, but seats are limited — if you can't come, let us know so someone else can have your seat.
