Using this site
This site is operated by AAAH (Allentown Artist Association & Hub), 78 Allen Street, Buffalo, NY 14202. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to access data that isn't yours, or make purchases with payment methods you aren't authorized to use.
Tickets and RSVPs
A ticket purchase or RSVP reserves your seat for the event shown at the time of purchase. Some events have limited capacity — when an event is full, you may be added to a waitlist. Your confirmation code is proof of your reservation; keep it safe.
Pricing and tax
Prices are shown in US dollars. New York State sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. The total shown before you pay is the amount you will be charged.
Refunds
All ticket sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy. In short: no refunds for missed events, late arrivals, or change of plans; full refunds (including tax) if an event is canceled.
Event changes and cancellations
We may need to reschedule or cancel an event. If we do, we will notify you by email using the address you gave at purchase, and the terms of our Refund Policy apply.
Shop items and print orders
Items on this site are also sold in our gallery at 78 Allen Street, so stock can change. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a refund or a substitute.
Photos at events
AAAH events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to your image being used in our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you'd rather not appear, let a staff member know at the event.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAAH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or attendance at an event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under New York law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
